Hello and a big warm welcome from the Air Pilots Young Members or 'Young Air Pilots'. We are a group of company members (Liverymen, (Upper) Freemen or Associates) aged 35 and under who promote company activities and aims to our membership. We are involved with all aspects of company and Livery life, and are dedicated to maintaining and improving standards of the industry. We have a particular focus on career development and educational, social and outreach activities of most interest to young members.
The aviators that make up this section of the company are wide in terms of age, experience and areas of aviation, and we are focussed on offering value to all of our members and their diverse interests through four main ‘pillars’ of focus for our activities. These pillars were established while conducting the 'YAP Engagement Survey' in early April 2020. This part of the Air Pilots website is aimed at helping current and prospective Young Members navigate their way around the Company activities, expertise and support available.
For all other activities, please keep an eye on the Diary and Visits & Events pages
