Flight hours and Aircraft type flown are factors in determining the experience level of a pilot. Experience can be gained through the general aviation sector which may include instructing, business aviation, agriculture services, emergency services, civil search and rescue, law enforcement and sightseeing just to name a few.
Further to the licensing element, each aircraft type flown may be subjected to its unique training and qualification requirement which is normally a stand-alone course or qualification.
