New Zealand

New ZealandWelcome to our home page

In New Zealand the management of the region is vested in an elected Executive Committee. Most of the Region's work is in the Technical field as and when required. Technical sub-committees are also formed to carry out work on particular projects in this area.

Currently the Executive Committee meets once a month in Auckland. Members not on the committee are welcome, and indeed encouraged, to attend these meetings and to volunteer for any sub-committee debating those issues that may be of interest to you. Contact the Administrator for location of the meeting.

The New Zealand Region enjoys a constructive and respected relationship with a number of Government and private organisations as well as with individuals.

Other activities New Zealand members also enjoy include:

  • Social events.
  • Formal and informal dinners with guest speakers.
  • Activities to coincide with the Master's Visit.
  • The establishment of working groups to investigate and comment on topical issues affecting flight safety within New Zealand.
