... Cadet Programmes

Cadet programmes offer sponsored training with a direct path into the aviation sector. This is a highly competitive selection process with limited slots, but local airlines are forecasting ambitious recruitment targets for post Covid operations which should see this sector expanding.  Courses are conducted full time and are compact with an estimated completion time of 13 months.

After completion of the CPL, pilots will continue with advanced flight training on the aircraft type that is operated by the sponsoring company. This phase is usually completed in full motion simulators.
